POLICY OF CANCELATION Reservations have to be canceled - LOW season : (from 09/18/11 to 12/15/11 and from 09/16/12 to 12/13/12) : 10 days - SPECIAL season : (from 06/01/11 to 06/31/11 and from 09/01/11 to 09/17/11 and from 01/08/12 to 03/29/12): 20 days - HIGHT season : (from 12/16/11 to 01/07/12 and from 03/30/12 to 04/08/12) : 40 days - SUMMER season : (from 07/01/11 to 09/03/11 and from 07/01/12 to 09/01/12: 20 days Before the day of arrival, to avoid a penalty of 100% of the deposit. In case of refund for cancelation we charge 20 USD for administration fees. EARLY DEPARTURE: we charge 80% per each night canceled. NO SHOW: we charge 100% of deposit.
